It's wonderful to have my daughter visiting this evening. I was in the middle of doing the laundry, but that could wait. We had our dinner early. Besides, I like to make her something special: like dumplings, and scrambled eggs on freshly cooked tomatoes. "No," my daughter said no bother and she did not come to eat. But I insisted because that's not a big deal only took me 15 minutes. And later, her friend also came by to join my daughter for dinner, we were glad to see her too. We had fun chatting and they were also introduced to eat some new squash (at least to them it's new).
My older son came home late from classes so he missed his sister and friend, but we got a chance to discus some bible scriptures and lead to a question: can someone equal to each other but has less authority than one another?
For example, the husband is the head of the wife, but they can be equal; God is the head of Christ, but most Christians said God and Christ are equal because in the bible Jesus said that if one saw him and one would see the Father in heaven. Although the latter always gives more respect to the former for the former is the head; therefore, in bible, although Jesus also said that the Father is greater than the son, they can be equal. It seems that it makes perfect sense.
However, Christ is the head of men, so can men and Christ also equal then??? May be if they become so Christ like and holy and also rose to join the Heavenly Father for eternal life???
