Beef soup and chicken dumplings
I went to church with my older son this morning. Before the service, we had the group bible study, lesson on assurance on victory.
Knowing daughters are coming over today, husband cooked the beef soup in the morning. Coming back from church, I prepared the filling for the dumplings. From Super H Mart, we got a package of fresh dumpling wrappers (HK style) which almost doubles the amount of the frozen one and costs less. They are thin and soft, pretty good quality. Using the food processor from my younger son, I find making filling for these dumplings much easier task. Ready to serve in less than an hour with older son's help cooking the dumplings. Hope daughters will be here soon.
Oh, the verse to be remember from today's lesson is "No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it." 1Corinthians 10:13
And, it's time for Football!
