After the speech class, the teacher of next classroom needed a jump-start for her car. We offered to help. We told her that our car parked in the parking lot across the road and besides my husband was carrying a twenty some pounds turkey which he volunteered me to roast for the Tuesday thanksgiving dinner party and he had to put it in the car then to see where she parked. She said she parked in that parking lot too. Amazing thing was that her car was parked right next to ours. But her car has other problem, her car engine still could not start after jumped, so we gave her a ride home instead.
We got home late, mother-in-law already had her dinner, and our daughters were there busy preparing packages and writing letters to send out to Afghanistan to their brother and other soldier. I prepared noodles for dinner while they still doing their things.
After dinner, we had nice discussions as usual. It all started with my husband's planning for a Christmas party a month from now. Then we talked about can people change. I believe we can change if we want to improve ourselves. In fact, we are changing all the time voluntarily and involuntarily each day. The rate may be so small that we don't realize it.
