Today's young people are our Leaders for tomorrow
I have met many young leaders today because it's the graduation for Toastmaster International Young Leadership Program, two hours before our class. Our graduation will be next week so we are invited to attend theirs and to see how they have progressed through these eight weeks of learning. I think the ages of these youth leaders are ranged from elementary school to junior high school. Their speeches are so impressive: their thoughts are well organized, they are calm and confident, they apply the learned skills and techniques in use, and they maturely delivered their speech loud and clear. I am glad that I have the opportunity to hear all these wonderful speeches and evaluations among themselves. Oh, I also enjoy their table topics. I have learned so much from them that I feel I have much work to do.
