MLK's birthday! Two days before husband's lunar birthday when mother-in-law decided and picked today for giving thanks to ancestors and God for her son. Therefore it's double celebration!
Niece from DC visited and we went veggie shopping with us at Super H mart. There were some cheap fuji apples and papaya: 49 cents a pound and 59 cents a pound respectively. Of course a lot of other veggies are considered very cheap for niece if she bought them from DC supermarkets.
Son's friend visited in afternoon. Mother-in-law inquired if she called on Sunday noontime because there's a girl called and sounded like her. However, she didn't called so she poked fun with son and asked that who's the other girl. We had fun watching and wondering. Anyway, it could be one of mother-in-law's make-up stories.
