Yesterday, Sister-in-law's family and all my children (old and new as they put it) came together to celebrate Christmas at our house. Mother-in-law also decided to cook up a feast to praise God and to remember father-in-law's lunar birthday. Younger son made a delicious spinach lasagne dish which we missed when he was away to Afghanistan last year. That was the beautiful day to also remember the friends and relatives away from us.
Older daughter thought it's odd for me to skip church to be with the family on Christmas day. I believe whatever you do for God's glory is an act of worship. May the gifts of sharing, caring, loving and encouraging be ever lasting in our hearts so that we'll have Christmas in our hearts everyday and every moment! Cheers!
