Daughters and younger son came to join us for dinner this evening. It was nice. Originally daughters liked to join us for lunch. Since they wanted to see their brother as well, they changed plans in last minute. We had a wonderful time chatting even though we do not always see things eye to eye or have same believe. I do believe one world, one heart and we all share the same feelings, no matter how we see things differently.
One advice for my children is that whatever they about to do, putting themselves in parents' perspectives, if they would recommend their own children to do, probably would be the right thing to do.
It's a great Sunday sermon this morning about attitude to serve. 1) Through God's mercy, we have the priviledge to serve. 2)From God's all-surpassing power like the treasure in the jar, the light shining in our hearts, we have the strength to serve. 3)Because we are cleansed, we can serve readily and courageously.
"So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 corinthians 4:18"
