I had a good walk this morning and prepared part of my speech for the next thursday TM meeting. The title is "How to destroy my biggest enemy" The open statement is like this:

Do you have any enemy? I know I have. My biggest enemy is my own anger inside of me. I got angry when someone asked "Can I ask you a question?" I would scream inside of me, "Of course you can and you just asked a question." I got angry when I served someone food and someone asked "Is this food cooked through?" I would scream inside of me, "Nooooo, I like to serve you half-way cooked food.” and I got angry when people got angry for no reason. Well, Abraham Lincoln once said, "The best way to destroy an enemy is to make him a friend." How am I going to make my own anger my friend? And why should I do that?
