Last night, I came home from Cantonese bible study, daughter's there napping on the sofa peacefully watching wrestling with grandma and waiting for me.
In last night Cantonese fellowship, we share what is the special sign of a Christian family. There is love. I ask myself is there love in our family. Absolutely! I often told my children that I see Christ in them and some of them say, "but we don't believe in Christ." We all have our own way to show our love. Even you are not a believer, it doesn't mean that you can't have love of Christ. God is love and he loves us first. Only if we recognize it, it's more meaningful and purposeful to us.

"Don't live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what the master wants" Ephesians 5:17

Christ told his disciples in John 13:35 that "By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." He did not say to use his name to force on other people. He's rather humble and obedient himself before God the father even though he's God the son.

"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal." 1 Corinthians 13:1
"If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing." 1 Corinthians 13:2
"If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing." 1 Corithians 13:3

" If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men." Romans12:18
We must rely on God's grace to deal with the things which cannot be fixed no matter what we do from day to day. Obedience is our job; we leave the rest to God.

" A soft answer turns away wrath." Proverb 15:1

"Don't live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what the master wants" Ephesians 5:17 which continues in Ephesians 5:20:
"Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ."
